• 2026-08-01 20:20 specsmodule-02-permissions-roles PASSED at round 4 of 5 — 398l/22AC, gate PASS, 0 blockers/0 majors/6 minors batched. Written from scratch clean-room after the D-L11 reset. Trajectory 3B/3M/10m -> 1B/3M/4m -> 0B/2M/6m -> PASS. Two orchestrator inputs: D-L12 ruled who may edit a role's grantable-by set (the r1 reviewer's own first suggestion did not close the escalation — the test is membership of the set being EDITED, never of the role being ADDED), and the r2 reviewer's correction that refusing to delete a role named in another's set is right for loss-of-power reasons, not as a D-L12 back door. Recurring defect class across all four rounds: asserting (verify: browser) against a screen the module does not ship. 22 criteria imported (corpus 84). Cursor -> module-02b.
• 2026-08-01 18:05 specsRESET (D-L11, owner's call over my recommendation): module-02/02b/02c deleted and blanked to fresh functional placeholders — to be re-written from scratch, clean-room, through the normal loop. 453 criteria removed from feature-list (corpus 515 -> 62); 24 obligation rows REOPENED in spec-obligations.md with their pre-reset discharge kept as a dead-citation record; SKILL.md 02 rows -> pending and their scope lines de-mechanised. Also re-scaffolded all 16 unwritten placeholders (03-18), which still carried the pre-functional skeleton (## Domain model / ## Interfaces / ## Non-functional notes, a BIGINT money instruction, an unparseable AC example) — phase 5 requires this before the loop resumes and it had never been done. • 2026-08-01 19:05 specsCONVERSION 2/6: module-01b functional (566l/68AC -> 392l/20AC) AND the D-L9 seam change applied — module-01 shed its owner-facing release/origin-move material into 01b and is now 352l/22AC with real headroom instead of sitting at exactly 400/25. Reviewer: 1 blocker + 5 majors + 4 minors, all closed in one fix round. BLOCKER: the activity trail had stopped recording the actor's network address and browser, which silently unbacked O-47, the open owner obligation O-48, and 02c AC-135/136's retention disclosure — those criteria would have PASSED VACUOUSLY on data never captured. Majors: the accepted-upload-type list vanished (HEIC is the iPhone default, so a guessing build refuses every phone photo); EXIF stripping and orientation normalisation vanished while served images are publicly addressable by module-01's own constraint (a cook's photo carries their home location); and 01b's most-consumed contract, the fail-closed reason rule, had no criterion at all — its wrong version fails OPEN. THE BIG FIND: 86 cross-module citations repaired, 84 of them WRONG-RESOLUTION rather than merely broken — the previous round had repaired AC numbers but not SECTION numbers, so 'module-01 §5' style citations silently pointed at different material. 33 module-01 §7 citations had no successor and became prose. Split ruling D-L9 confirmed by data: merged families would be 830l/55AC (01) and 1005l/63AC (02), both >2x over cap; under functional specs the binding constraint is ACs, not lines, because criteria are bounded by distinct observable assertions and do not compress with prose. New obligation O-64 tracks residual holes where 02c/01c criteria assert against gates no spec defines. Corpus 598 -> 547.
• 2026-08-01 17:40 specsCONVERSION 1/6: module-01-foundation is now FUNCTIONAL. 1033 lines/173 ACs -> 400 lines/25 ACs, gate PASS. Technical material (14 sections: stack pins, schema conventions, registration contracts and boot errors, route allowlist partition, i18n delivery, CI gates, DB roles and grants, 13 deploy steps, TLS/nginx contract, brand rasters, media exposure, device CSS) moved to the NON-BINDING .dancydev/design-notes/module-01-foundation.md. Reviewer found 2 blockers + 5 majors + 8 minors; all 15 closed in one fix round, 0 disputed. The two blockers were things DROPPED rather than reworded: audit immutability (the app identity cannot alter the trail) survived only in the non-binding notes while 01b still cited 01 as its producer, and the permission-declaration contract was referenced three times including by an AC without ever being published. Both restored as invariant/vocabulary, mechanism-free. The most valuable catch was undisclosed: renumbering 173->25 left 38 citation sites across 6 files pointing at module-01 AC numbers, several silently resolving to a DIFFERENT criterion — 13 re-pointed, 25 replaced with prose, and a standing obligation recorded to re-check citations as each remaining module converts. Also restored: the refusal outcome for opening a forbidden screen (the module had NO permission-boundary AC), and the navigation ordering contract as a contract without the integer bands. feature-list re-synced: corpus 746 -> 598. Process correction: phase-5's migration section had budgeted a conversion as a 1+1 mini-loop; the first conversion returned two blockers a single round could not have caught, so conversions now run the NORMAL loop (cap 5).
• 2026-08-01 11:30 specsMODULE-02 FAMILY CLOSED. Closure round 3 = COMPLETE: the four narrowed sites are jointly satisfiable — the checker built one visibility predicate and a 7-subject witness world drawn only from the family's own criteria and showed 16 statements holding at once, then dismissed two literalist attacks with cited reasons (a country-only-scoped admin IS producible via 02c:523, but 02c:284 and 02:453 both STIPULATE that a user's city IS the set of user_scopes rows, so 'carries a city scope' = 'holds a scope row'). No under-claim: 02c:287 still carries 'no scope-bearing user' and 'never all users', so the fail-closed direction survived the narrowing. The fold-in checks out — both named endpoints exist at 02c:521/:524 with exactly the payloads claimed, both paths walkable, contradicting neither §3 nor AC-39 nor the idempotency row. Sweep: 85 raw hits (the markdown-tolerant patterns found 25 MORE than the bare ones — D-L7 earning itself again), 12 in-sense, 0 asserting either superseded behaviour; 'empty screen'/'ecran vide'/'no other admin' all zero. One audit-trail correction: the seeded super-admin takes TWO criteria, not the one round 2 cited — 02c AC-11 gives the ROLE its verbs, 02 AC-17 gives the seeded USER that role; nothing shipped wrong because the applied text cites no AC there. feature-list synced: 453 family criteria imported as passes:false, corpus 293 -> 746, spec:done on all three nodes; SKILL.md table flipped. NEXT: module-03-notifications, dependencies are all six of 01/01b/01c + 02/02b/02c.
• 2026-08-01 11:00 specsmodule-02 family closure round 2: re-check returned INCOMPLETE — original defect gone at all 4 sites, sweep CLEAN, no new criterion-level defect (AC-29 non-vacuous, not a dup of AC-26, AC-30 + .dm-empty still reachable), 02:459 deviation ruled JUSTIFIED-keep. One residual defect, one class: the corrected fail-closed statements equated 'scope-bearing' with 'admin or owner', which 02c:285 bullet 2 contradicts for the three scope-less admin/owner subjects the family itself produces (AC-40's owner, an all_cities-only admin under AC-39, the seeded super-admin — all_cities is a VERB, not a scope row). Four one-line narrowings applied to 'city-scoped admin or owner' (02c:287/:312/:626, 02:459) plus the recommended fold-in naming the two endpoints (roles.store, scopes.destroy) that can still produce a scope-less admin — so the fail-closed state's reachability now rests on a statement, not on the absence of a prohibition. Also killed 'confusing empty screen' at 02c:312, which survived round 1 and contradicted its own sentence. Counts UNCHANGED (453 family / 746 corpus) — prose only, no re-count. D-L7 sweep of the OLD wording: 2 hits, 0 survivors.
• 2026-08-01 10:30 infraROOT-CAUSED the repeated session deaths: kernel OOM killer, not network — oom_kill 3 on user-1001.slice, systemd logged 'tmux-spawn-*.scope: Failed with result oom-kill' at 00:53 and 05:08, each one killing the agent that was running. Cause: 7.8 GiB box shared with another project's long-lived processes, ballooned by subagent fan-out over the ~890 KB spec corpus. Fixed and VERIFIED: swap 4->12 GiB (persisted in fstab), swappiness 20->40 (sysctl.d), oom-guard.sh + 30s timer pinning tmux server/sshd to -900 and mysqld/php-fpm to -600 (claude deliberately left an ordinary candidate — its death is resumable, tmux's is not), ~/.tmux.conf 'remain-on-exit failed' so a killed pane no longer collapses the session (proved by SIGKILLing a test pane: session survived, respawn worked), and ~/.local/bin/dancy to launch into the protected session. Standing rule recorded: ONE subagent at a time on this host, surgical grep-then-offset-Read only.
• 2026-08-01 09:25 specsscoped closure check returned CLOSURE: INCOMPLETE — Q1 20/21 (F-17 partial), Q2 6/7 (ruling ④ partial), Q3 old-behaviour sweep CLEAN (166 hits, 0 asserting the deleted behaviour), Q4 17 new + 36 amended ACs all tagged/non-vacuous/checkable, Q5 O-61..O-63 well-formed, 0 out-of-scope items. One real defect at 4 sites: D-L8 ④ inverted the SUBJECT-side city-scoping rule but the ACTOR-side fail-closed statements still said 'sees zero users' — unsatisfiable alongside §1's new rule row and AC-26's own fixture (which seeds a scope-less customer and helper and asserts them present). Fixed 02c:287, 02c AC-29, 02c:312, 02c:626; plus ONE DISCLOSED DEVIATION at 02:459 ('sees nothing' about admins specifically — same claim, same subject class) while leaving 02:455 and 02 AC-71 alone as the check ruled. Ledger: reviews/specs-module-02-closure-fix.md. Counts unchanged: 02=128, 02b=143, 02c=182 AC (453 family), AC-n at position n verified, no feature-list re-count needed.
• 2026-08-01 09:00 specsresumed after session death — the scoped closure check for the module-02 family had been launched but never wrote its file. Re-launched it (same D-L8 scope: the 21 r4 findings, rulings ①–⑦, an independently re-run old-behaviour sweep, the new/amended ACs, obligations O-61..O-63; forbidden from opening new lines of review) -> .dancydev/reviews/specs-module-02-closure.md. No spec text changed; working tree was clean at 51365bd.
• 2026-08-01 04:00 specsmodule-02 family closing fix pass: 28/28 closed (8 sweep items + 7 D-L8 rulings + 21 r4 findings), 0 disputed. Family 2423 lines / 453 atomic ACs; whole corpus 746. The old-BEHAVIOUR sweep it ran FIRST justified itself immediately: design-system.md 485-487's rule sentence was still telling a module author to register a further destination as containers.mobile:'plus' — build-breaking on the customer and cook surfaces under the boot error added two rounds earlier, a direct contradiction of O-61, and contradicted by its OWN next paragraph three sentences later. Three more statements still asserted the deleted demotion rule (module-01:411, AC-94, module-02:541), and two 'the remaining permission-filtered destinations' phrasings that no reviewer had flagged read as overflow and were tightened to name what the Plus sheet actually holds. All seven must-fix majors closed with real mechanism rather than prose: the request locale is now CAPTURED at registration and provisioning with AC-106 re-expressed (it had forbidden its own fix, shipping every English registrant a French code); AC-26 now seeds four subjects and asserts presence on BOTH sides instead of passing on the empty set; a 15-minute reaper plus a failed state and retry control means a redeploy landing mid-anonymisation no longer bricks an erasure request permanently; and AC-107 now seeds and asserts the entire erasure before-state so the four GDPR criteria can no longer pass against an anonymiser that touches nothing. Scoped closure check launched — forbidden from opening new lines of review, with one deliberate widening: it re-runs the old-behaviour sweep itself.
• 2026-08-01 03:15 specsmodule-02 family r4 review: ITERATE, 0 blockers / 9 majors / 12 minors. Findings ticked 7 -> 21, but this is module-01's shape (38->23->20->21->30, blockers 3->0->0->2->0), not divergence: zero blockers, 7/7 of r3's findings verified closed against current text, and all EIGHT defects the r4 fix pass claimed to have found independently confirmed real against the pre-fix tree with no wrong claims. The reviewer also re-derived the overflow deletion's arithmetic itself and found it sound. Ruled D-L8: close at the cap with a fix pass + a scoped closure check, as module-01 did. Four of the nine majors are real product defects rather than wording: (1) users.locale defaults to fr, so EVERY ENGLISH REGISTRANT would receive a French confirmation code — in a product whose first rule is that English is first-class — and AC-106 as written FORBIDS the fix; (2) city scoping made customers, cooks and helpers invisible to every admin without scope.all_cities, with AC-26 passing on the empty set, so the criterion guarding the boundary proved nothing; (3) a redeploy landing mid-anonymisation strands the row in 'anonymising' and bricks that account's deletion permanently, turning a routine deploy into an unfulfillable erasure request; (4) FOUR OF THE FIVE criteria verifying GDPR erasure pass against an anonymiser that touches nothing — the most dangerous vacuity class in the corpus, because it certifies a legal promise the code need not keep. Also caught that D-L7's grantable_by ruling was designed for the CREATE path and applied to a screen that also serves EDIT, silently narrowing a custom role's grantable set on every save. And the old-BEHAVIOUR sweep: r4 swept the deleted words but not the deleted behaviour, so 3 statements still assert the demotion rule that no longer exists and design-system 6.5 teaches the deleted pattern three sentences before contradicting it. Closing fix pass launched with that sweep as its FIRST task.
• 2026-08-01 02:30 specsmodule-02 family r4 fix round: 7/7 closed, 0 disputed. The old-vocabulary grep discipline (D-L7's standing rule) paid off again — it found EIGHT more defects the r3 review never named, including 02b AC-21, which ordered the cook Compte tab 'at its declared sort' (the blocker's own defect, on a criterion the review did not reach), and module-01 AC-143, which registered four admin tabbar destinations declaring no ordinals and was therefore UNBOOTABLE under the boot error the previous round had just added. Also caught that deleting tab-bar overflow left 'never more than five tabs' unenforced on a five-slot surface that also holds a Plus destination — closed with a fourth boot-error shape rather than left to a comment. Two judgment calls flagged for the reviewer rather than buried: grantable_by is stored as posted-union-super-admin so every existing DB statement stays true (NOT NULL, the '["super-admin"]' default, the non-empty CHECK), which forced deleting the 'cannot be emptied' rule because a control that defaults to none cannot also refuse to be empty; and boot-error shape 8d is an EXTENSION of rule 8, not a ninth rule, so the corpus-wide 'eight referential rules' count stays true. Family now 2360 lines / 437 atomic ACs. r4 adversarial reviewer launched as the last scheduled round, calibrated to say for each finding whether a build session would actually break on it — if it ITERATEs, the cap is reached and module-01's closing instrument applies (a fix pass plus a scoped closure check forbidden from opening new lines of review) rather than burning rounds 6-10.
• 2026-08-01 01:40 specsmodule-02 family r3 review: ITERATE, 1 blocker / 2 majors / 4 minors — trend 44 -> 23 -> 7, and 23/23 prior findings verified closed by reading the FILES rather than the ledger. The blocker is a lesson about the sweep itself, now recorded in D-L7 as a standing rule for every later module: r3 was told to grep for contradictions and did so thoroughly, but it grepped its own NEW vocabulary (ordinal, 6.5.1, boot error, fixed tab set) — and none of those tokens appears in the paragraph that actually governs how the shell builds a tab bar, which still said 'the shell orders the surface's tabbar destinations BY SORT'. Three statements survived (module-01:319, :336, frozen AC-128) directly contradicting design-system 6.5.1's 'sort does not order it', which would have put Compte first in the cook set — the exact thing 02b AC-135 asserts is impossible, i.e. r2's blocker 2 verbatim on the criteria the grep did not reach. Worse, frozen AC-145/146 construct SIX tabbar destinations to exercise an overflow-to-Plus-sheet rule that the new 5-ordinal table makes unconstructible. Ruled: fixed tab sets order by tab_ordinal, sort keeps ordering everything that is not a fixed-tab-set member, and tab-bar OVERFLOW IS DELETED in favour of a boot error — a tab set fixed by an owner-approved design system should fail loudly when a module tries to add a sixth tab, not silently relocate it into a sheet. Also ruled: super-admin is an implicit non-removable member of every grantable_by set (rendered as fixed text, never a tick), which removes the contradiction where a non-super-admin operator would see a pre-ticked default they cannot see, and deletes AC-123's undefined 'operator's least-privileged default'; and O-38/O-19 — the rows that by their own text govern the feature-list re-sync — still carried the superseded pointers r3 replaced and named only superseded_by, so a sync driven off them would have dropped retired_by. r4 fix round launched; cap is 5, so its review is the last scheduled round.
• 2026-08-01 01:00 specsmodule-02 family r3 fix round: 23/23 closed, 0 disputed, all 8 D-L6 rulings applied. Family now 2338 lines / 436 atomic ACs. The round's real value was the grep discipline the r2 reviewer's 'in scope, NOT SAFE' verdict forced: sweeping all six specs + design-system.md for every OTHER statement of each shared rule it touched found FOUR contradictions the r2 review never named — module-01 section 5 still said 'Seven referential rules... All seven run statically' while the Interfaces row r2 edited said eight (the exact r2 pattern recurring); the allowlist arithmetic error lived in FIVE places, not the two the review listed, two of them obligation DISCHARGE NOTES; the cook-Compte 02->02b error had a third occurrence in a table cell; and 02c restated 01b's failed-jobs rule in two unlisted places. Post-edit re-greps return 0 survivors for each rule. Two r2 findings were closed with the reviewer's proposed remedy INVERTED, because D-L6 1 forbids the carve-out the reviewer asked for — flagged rather than quietly applied. r3 also had to add a field to a frozen shared contract (NavigationDefinition.tab_ordinal), because D-L6 2's 'a destination claims an ordinal by declaring it' is unimplementable against a lookup keyed on (surface, route_name); it also split superseded_by from retired_by on the grounds that a replacement pointer and a deletion proof are different facts, and strengthened 02b AC-43 because the pointer aimed at it did not yet assert 'establishes no session' — half of what module-01 AC-79 proves. Taught .dancydev/bin/sync-feature-list.py to carry both keys. r3 adversarial reviewer launched, briefed to run the contradiction sweep INDEPENDENTLY rather than trust r3's claim of zero survivors.
• 2026-08-01 00:05 specsmodule-02 family r2 review: ITERATE, 3 blockers / 7 majors / 13 minors — down from 4/19/21, and 31 of 44 r1 findings verified genuinely closed with no r1 defect surviving in its original form. All three blockers sit in r2's OWN edits, two inside the frozen module-01 family, and the reviewer's verdict on those edits is the useful one: IN SCOPE, NOT SAFE — every edit traced to a ruling or a named finding, but three contradicted prose the same edit never re-read. That is now the r3 brief's central instruction: an edit to a shared contract is not done when the new text is right, only when no other text disagrees. Blockers: (1) module-01 section 5 ended up stating required_permission two ways — the unedited rule filters every viewer, r2's new paragraph filters authenticated viewers only, and 02b's entire guest argument rested on the new one; ruled by DELETING the new paragraph and meeting the real requirement differently — the five customer tabs keep required_permission null while the ROUTES behind them are gated, so a guest still sees Compte (the door to signing in) and is redirected on tap, which also settles orders.index/wallet.index for modules 11 and 15. (2) the new boot error 8 fired on any tab-set row still marked '(owed)', which broke frozen module-01 AC-140 and made 02b AC-135 — the ONLY proof D-L4 works — unbootable; re-keyed onto the ordinal table's SLOTS so an unfilled route_name cell is documentation, not a boot participant. (3) 01b's failed-jobs screen was left unimplementable: the gate banned any reference to payload, but failed_jobs HAS no class column — the job class lives inside payload — so the rule now bans EMITTING the payload while allowing server-side parsing to extract the class name, and failed_jobs.exception (which r2 left unruled) is closed by construction instead of by scrubbing, keeping the stack trace that is the screen's whole diagnostic value. D-L6 records all rulings; r3 fix round launched.
• 2026-07-31 23:20 specsmodule-02 family r2 fix round: 44/44 r1 findings closed, 0 disputed, plus all four deferred rulings applied. Family 1970 -> 2292 lines, 367 -> 427 atomic ACs. This round REOPENED THE FROZEN module-01 family for the first time (authorised, and scoped to what D-L2/D-L3/D-L4/D-L5-4 require): module-01 169->170 ACs, 01b 66->68, 01c text-only, design-system.md gained a machine-readable section 6.5.1 tab-set ordinal table so a fixed tab set is ordered by the design system while sort keeps governing everything else. Orchestrator verified all six files independently rather than trusting the report: AC-n at list position n in every file, 0 untagged criteria, and 0 stale out-of-range AC citations across the specs AND spec-obligations.md — the exact defect class module-01's closure check found twice. Built .dancydev/bin/sync-feature-list.py as reusable tooling (asserts numbering, requires verify tags, preserves passes state by id so a re-sync can never silently un-verify built work) and re-synced 01/01b/01c to 290 criteria with 3 carrying superseded_by rather than being deleted, per D-L3. The fix round APPENDED rather than renumbered, deliberately, because module-01's closure review found two stale-citation defects caused by renumbering — a stale citation silently comes to mean a DIFFERENT criterion. It also reported 7 things the r1 reviewer missed, incl. that account.index cannot gain required_permission at module-01's build time (boot error 3 fires on a verb absent from the union) so the takeover rule needed a general clause that also fixes orders.index/wallet.index for modules 11 and 15. r2 adversarial reviewer launched, weighted toward the 60 new criteria and the frozen-file edits — module-01's loop history shows each round's majors live in the previous round's own fixes.
• 2026-07-31 22:40 specsmodule-02 family r1 review: ITERATE, 4 blockers / 19 majors / 21 minors. It settled all nine questions and overturned part of my own work: D-L2's instance list was less than half complete (10 more banned-count ACs, incl. 02b AC-119 which counts ten dev.fixtures routes when there are already thirteen), and D-L4 SURVIVED verification (design-system 6.5 fixes ordered sequences pinned to approved mockups whose DOM order matches, and module-01 restates the cook order independently — so the ruling was necessary, not redundant). Blockers: (1) the role-escalation hole is real and 02c's N11-P closes only 3 of 5 empty roles — cook and helper stay mintable and granting cook provisions a team as a side effect, and the guard was passed TO the service rather than living IN it, so the next caller bypasses it; (2) 403-vs-404 contradiction between module-02 AC-61 and 02c AC-27 on row-scoped route-model binding — a 403 confirms the record exists, leaking exactly what city scoping hides; (3) the impersonation EXIT route was gated on user.impersonate, a verb the impersonated identity cannot hold, making the session unexitable; (4) 02b hashes the OTP at rest and then hands the plaintext to a queued Mailable, so it lands in jobs and failed_jobs — which module-01b's admin failed-jobs screen RENDERS. Also caught 02c contradicting itself on D-F3: 'archiver rewriting is impossible' is only half true (no role holds UPDATE, but the archiver DOES hold DELETE per 01b AC-24), so retention is a policy choice with a named owner, not a technical impossibility — justification rewritten on the true facts and O-48 kept OPEN for the owner at launch rather than silently closed. And the obligation-pointer drift is exactly +3 bounded to 02b AC-92+, so the blanket sweep O-52 implied would have corrupted ten correct rows. D-L5 records all seven rulings; r2 fix round launched with a resumable ledger.
• 2026-07-31 22:05 specsmodule-02 family r1 EXECUTORS COMPLETE: 1970 lines / 367 atomic ACs (98 browser, 261 test-DB, 8 environment), all three numbering-verified independently. 02c (721 l/147 AC) found a real privilege-escalation hole in its own dependency: module-02's 'cannot grant a verb you do not hold' invariant is VACUOUS for a role whose permission set is empty, and owner/cook/helper ship empty by design — so an actor holding only role.assign could mint an owner and reach module-16's withdrawal screen; closed with an N11-P rule rather than inherited. Also: it resolved the D-F3 anonymiser around the fact that NO PostgreSQL role in this project holds UPDATE on activity_log (the archiver's grants are SELECT+DELETE / INSERT and module-01's table-grant audit fails the build on anything else), so archiver rewriting of ip_address is IMPOSSIBLE and retention-under-a-named-lawful-basis is the only consistent position — with two compensating controls (a no-PII-in-properties static gate carried to every later module as O-47, and bilingual disclosure on the deletion screen). Caught a locale hazard nobody had anticipated: module-01 owns the single writer of users.locale and 02b makes queued-mail language depend on it, so an operator reading a francophone's account in English would silently flip the language of that person's sign-in mails — resolved by capturing and restoring the target's locale around the impersonation session without touching module-01. Obligations O-41..O-53 added. r1 adversarial reviewer launched over all three.
• 2026-07-31 21:30 specsmodule-02b-authentication r1 written: 652 lines, 124 atomic ACs (39 browser / 80 test-DB / 5 environment), integrity re-verified. Three contradictions found that needed orchestrator rulings, all recorded as D-L2/D-L3/D-L4 and deferred to the r2 fix round. D-L2: module-02's AC-3/16/48 assert absolute totals (23 verbs, 14 allowlist names) that 02b falsified immediately (25 verbs, 23 names) — and the same brittle shape sits in the frozen module-01 family (five customer placeholders, four fixture focused flows, twelve dev.fixtures routes), so counts of open-ended registries are now banned project-wide in favour of set-equality/membership/delta assertions. D-L3: 02b deletes the fixture auth shim that module-01 AC-78/79/109, 01c AC-2/51 and ALL 27 browser ACs of module-02 depend on — resolved by SUPERSESSION rather than deletion (rows keep a superseded_by pointer, since nothing is built yet and no verified result is being erased) with the shim's five login keys becoming five seeded accounts with real passwords; and GET /dev/fixtures/auth must be deleted WITH its FocusedFlowDefinition or the build fails on a focused-flow-shaped route missing from the union. D-L4: design-system 6.5's cook tab order is unachievable under O-23's sort bands because ownership spans modules 02b/06/13/16 and every legal value puts Compte first — the design system wins via an ordinal table, bands keep governing non-tab-set destinations. 02b also refused a separate password-reset token flow (the forgotten-password path IS email+OTP; a second single-use-token mechanism would duplicate every expiry, locking, rate-limit, enumeration and timing guarantee) and made registration establish NO session, since a session on the registration response is itself the account-enumeration tell.

Real findings from the pass: the catalogue-drift gate CANNOT be a verify:static member because permissions:sync creates rows while verify:static runs against a SELECT-only role, so it is a Pest test inside composer verify; module-01's bootstrap seeder keeps its CLASS NAME and deploy step (10) with only its body replaced, because module-01 AC-43 pins both and renaming would fail a frozen criterion for no gain; module-01 AC-66 ('super-admin holds the union of registered verbs') becomes true THROUGH the role rather than direct model_has_permissions rows, so a re-run must read it via getAllPermissions(); user_scopes.scope_id ships with NO FK because cities/countries are module-04's and module-04 depends on 02 (declared as an owned deviation + O-29, not left implicit); and O-21's cook Compte destination cannot reuse account.index because module-01 owns that name and a duplicate route_name is a hard boot error. 23 verbs and 6 frozen role names catalogued; O-29..O-33 added.

Restructured r1 to ONE EXECUTOR PER FILE, sequential, each writing incrementally to disk; D-L1 already fixes the partition, so the 'one pass so it can partition with all content in view' rationale no longer applies and a smaller agent that lands beats a large one that dies at 90%. 02b/02c read 02 from disk — the same file-handoff the pipeline uses between modules.

Scoped closure check: 30/30 closed, 10/10 specified, 5/5 atomic, 0 out-of-scope-critical, 2 numbering casualties found and fixed (a stale AC-7 citation that now meant a different criterion, and O-25's deploy-step range left at 12-step numbering). CRITICAL FIX CONFIRMED CLOSED BY CONSTRUCTION: the test suite's production guard compared ONE pair of database names while opening THREE connections, and nothing retargeted the archiver — the single identity permitted to bypass the audit log's immutability trigger — so an archive criterion could have DELETEd from the production audit log; the suite now asserts every connection it opens resolves to DB_DATABASE_TEST and refuses to start otherwise. Final: 916/561/507 lines, 169/66/52 = 287 atomic ACs (125 browser, 160 test/DB, 2 environment), all imported into feature-list.json passes:false with numbering integrity asserted at parse time (AC-n == list position). spec:done flipped in feature-list.json and SKILL.md. Loop-closure ruling recorded in decisions.md. NEXT: module-02-identity-access.
• 2026-07-31 18:50 specsr4 fix round: all 21 applied, none disputed. Both blockers dead: module-01 now REGISTERS the five customer tab destinations (with a route-name takeover rule — 06/09/11/15/02 each define the same name against their real controller and delete module-01's placeholder in the same change), and the Pest suite ABORTS BY CONSTRUCTION when its target database equals DB_DATABASE or is empty, with the gate task split three ways (verify:static / verify:build / full composer verify) so the full suite never runs on the box at all. Executor deviated from my prescribed deploy order for a good reason and flagged it: I had left dependency install and asset build mutating the serving release in front of live traffic, which was literally the defect being fixed — maintenance mode moved to step 3, giving a 12-step sequence whose abort guarantee is now literally true, with a plainly stated 2-6 min downtime instead of a false zero-downtime claim. Also inverted the frozen audit-table exception list into an AppendOnlyTableDefinition registry, added a 4th route category for framework routes (AC would have failed on a stock Laravel skeleton), enumerated the allowlist as 14 exact route names, and gave the nav registry referential integrity (unregistered permission or unresolvable route = boot error + a static gate). Family now 662/503/473 lines, 105/47/49 = 201 atomic ACs, committed at ab05f8f. spec-obligations.md: O-13 rewritten for the 4-category partition, all AC pointers re-pointed, O-20..O-25 added (route-name takeover, nav registration, AppendOnlyTable, sort bands, per-module topbar criterion, atomic-releases deferral). r5 FINAL review launched — the loop cap.
• 2026-07-31 18:05 specsr4 review: ITERATE, 2 blockers / 9 majors / 10 minors — blockers back up from 0 because r3's OWN fixes introduced them, and both are severe. (1) The tab bar ended up specified twice, incompatibly: as the design-system's fixed five-item customer set that module-01 must render, AND as a union of NavigationDefinitions that module-01 was declared forbidden to contribute to and that is empty at its own build time — three ACs that no implementation could satisfy. That contradiction came from MY direction last round and is corrected: module-01 DOES register the customer tab set (the design system fixes it), later modules take over each route name when they ship, and cook/admin sets are asserted through the test-only provider instead of destinations that do not exist yet. (2) composer verify was mandated as deploy step 2 ON THE PRODUCTION BOX while the suite migrates whatever database it is pointed at and the env contract declared exactly one DB_DATABASE — so every deploy would have run a migrating test suite against production data, with AC-7's drift test blocking the obvious fix. Fixed at three layers, the important one being a hard construction guard: the suite ABORTS when its target database equals DB_DATABASE. Majors were mostly the same deploy design failing on its own terms — install --no-dev uninstalled the tooling step 2 needed, the bundle-budget gate measured the PREVIOUS release's build output, and steps 3-4 mutated the serving release one and two steps before maintenance mode opened. Deploy resequenced to 11 steps: verify -> install -> build -> build-dependent gates -> maintenance ON -> prune -> migrate -> caches -> reload -> maintenance OFF. Final planned fix round launched.
• 2026-07-31 17:30 specsr4 review attempt 1 KILLED by session limit (reset 17:20 UTC) before writing anything. Caught that the r3 fix round's spec edits were still UNCOMMITTED — committed at 2f98497 (the working tree was the only copy). New mechanism, again real rather than prose: NavigationDefinition contract (route_name/labels/icon/surface/required_permission/container/group/sort/badge, duplicate route_name = boot error) so 01b's six admin destinations and 01c's metrics destination enter the shell WITHOUT editing a frozen module-01, and the three vacuous absence ACs now assert against a REGISTERED destination whose verb is not granted (failing if it is disabled, CSS-hidden, or never registered); fixture routes moved into one dev.fixtures. group with a three-category route partition (permission-gated OR allowlisted OR fixture-prefixed) proven by a guard-off absence assertion plus a no-fourth-category assertion; a test-only auth shim POST /dev/fixtures/login/{key} under the same production-impossible guard, which is what finally makes ANY authenticated surface exercisable at module-01's build time — including 01c's admin Lighthouse class, which now asserts it measured a 200 settings browser and not a 403; role grants corrected (dancymeals_app could not INSERT anywhere as written) and given a mechanism that stays true as later modules add tables (ALTER DEFAULT PRIVILEGES + a composer verify table-grant audit + suite migrates as owner, asserts as app); bin/deploy's git pull removed (no remote — the working tree IS the deployment), composer verify made a numbered step, and every rollback promise the procedure could not honour DELETED in favour of verify-before-mutate ordering, a maintenance window, the real per-file transactional-DDL guarantee and a stated recovery path. Family now 478/478/437 lines, 60/43/36 = 139 atomic ACs. spec-obligations.md O-13/O-14/O-2 amended, O-19 added. r4 review launched.
• 2026-07-31 16:55 specsr3 review: ITERATE, 0 blockers / 6 majors / 14 minors (38 -> 23 -> 20; blockers 3 -> 0 -> 0). All 23 r2 findings verified genuinely fixed. New majors are all in r2's own new material, which is the expected shape of a converging loop: (1) module-01 built registration contracts for permissions/settings/media conversions but NOT for navigation destinations, so 01b's six admin screens and 01c's metrics screen had no way into the rail or Plus sheet without editing a frozen module-01 — and three ACs asserting a nav item is 'absent from the DOM' passed vacuously; (2) the ten /dev/fixtures/* routes were neither gated nor allowlisted, so they would fail module-02's route-coverage gate in exactly the environment it runs in (the r2 #2 defect one dimension over); (3) the three-role model was a static grant table with no mechanism to stay true as later modules add tables, and as written dancymeals_app could not INSERT anywhere; (4) bin/deploy said 'git pull' against a repo the same section says has no remote, and 'composer verify inside the deploy script' against seven steps containing no verify step; (5) per-step abort semantics promised a rollback with no release dir, no maintenance mode and no recovery path; (6) the admin route class of the perf budget was unmeasurable because Lighthouse cannot authenticate and module-01 ships no auth — the gate would have gone green on a login redirect. Fix round r3 launched; #6 and the unexercisable fixture admin surface fixed at the root with a guard-scoped test-only auth shim.

Real mechanism added, not just prose: permissions now have a PermissionDefinition contract + idempotent permissions:sync whose ORPHAN REPORT is what module-02's drift test consumes; the fixtures verb was deleted entirely (identity-gated instead) so nothing can leak into the drift-test environment; all 27 'CI fails the build' claims collapsed into ONE enumerated 'composer verify' task with a committed-but-inert GitHub workflow invoking the same script (this repo has no remote), plus bin/deploy with release:check as step 1; three PostgreSQL roles where dancymeals_app owns nothing and cannot ALTER TABLE ... DISABLE TRIGGER, with dancymeals_archiver as the ONLY exemption the append-only trigger honours (which is also how the retention purge and module-02's PII anonymisation must run); the absolute 'no code literal' rule replaced by an operational-vs-engineering boundary with every cited literal classified. Atomic AC splitting took the family to 35/29/30 = 94 ACs; ORCHESTRATOR WAIVED the 25 ceiling for this family (atomicity beats a style guideline; further splitting would invert build order). spec-obligations.md now O-1..O-18. r3 verification review launched.

Reviewer independently VERIFIED 34 of r1's 38 fixes survived the restructure plus all six executor claims (31 seeded keys, 4 01b-owned rows, 19 log names, 01c AC-23 drift compatibility, acyclicity of the 3-way split, fail-closed host gate) — recorded so they are not re-litigated. r1 #3/#17/#19/#27 recurred and were re-filed. Real majors: permissions had NO registration mechanism (the bootstrap seeder granted 'every registered verb' while nothing defined registration, idempotency, or who creates the rows); fixtures.admin would have been visible in exactly the environment module-02's drift test runs in; 27 'CI fails the build' gates with no CI system, test runner or deploy procedure named anywhere; the 'no code literal' rule stated absolutely and contradicted by 12 of the specs' own literals; the audit-immutability trigger was disable-able by the app role that owned the table, and simultaneously blocked the module's own purge job. Fix round r2 launched with orchestrator decisions on all 9.
